- The features you need (and some you don’t) – All printers are not created equal! Make sure you choose a machine that meets your company’s need. Some obvious considerations: black and white or colour? Do you need scanning capabilities? Do you collaborate and share documents online? Determine your needs, check specifications, and compare devices.
- Can you secure the device? – If your printer is not secure, your business is at risk! If your printer is connected to your network, it needs to be protected like any other networked device.
